Rishikesh is a small town near the holy city of Haridwar, and it is famous for being a spiritual getaway and a hub for adventure sports like white water rafting, rock climbing, cliff diving and many other such heart-pumping activities. But there is one thing that it is the most famous for is the white water rafting on the rapids of the river Ganga. Rishikesh is one of the best spot for river rafting, and if you throw in the excitement of camping at one of the sandy beaches in Rishikesh, then this trip becomes an unbeatable one. The river Ganga is just 60 Metres away from the camp site making it a beach camping experience wherein you have an access of river. The location of camps is in Gattu Ghat.
And also part of the camp are the various indoor and outdoor activities that you can enjoy, in tandem with the white water rafting like rope walk, body surfing, nature hiking, and camp games (volleyball, football, cricket, badminton). And also to make your stay even more wonderful and memorable, an evening bonfire will be lit so you can sit around in its warmth and enjoy singing and storytelling with your camp mates. You can have you Dinner under the shade of the billions of stars and the dinner will come with the option of both, Veg and Non-Veg.

  • Personal medications (if any).
  • Personal Toiletries.
  • Towels, napkins and hand towels.
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses.
  • Hat/cap

Advisory

  • Dress accordingly during the stay.
  • Camping is basic in nature. One must not expect luxuries.
  • Do not carry drugs/weapons/firearms/jewellery and valuables with you. Camp does not have locker facilities.
  • You can Drive or take Public transport with the help of camp and reach rafting starting location on your own.
  • Bonfire is common for everyone.
  • Camp is in outskirts of Rishikesh.
  • All activities subject to weather conditions.
  • One thing is Very Clear any kind of insurance, such as accident, theft, medical, evacuation etc. are not a part of the package.
  • Rafting is not provided to children below 14 years.
  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or medically/physically unfit will not be allowed for the activity.
  • You can carry your Cell phones/cameras as guides have a dry bag while rafting (no guarantee will be taken). Dress accordingly during the stay.
  • Rappelling is an add-on to the package and can be availed at an additional cost.
  • Safety kayaks will be provided with the rafts for extra safety.
